AAA is a well-run, professional organization.  We sent several employees to them, so they could get their CDL.  Our guys had no Class A experience.  A few weeks later, they were licensed and hauling loads.  And, they’re still working for GrowWest.  When you invest in good people, work with good people, good things happen.  I can’t say enough good things and Lew about his team at AAA Academy.

AAA Academy is great for our business.  A lot of what we do is seasonal ag work.  When the planting season comes, we need good people to haul liquid and dry fertilizer to the fields.  When it is harvest time, we need hard working folks to get in the truck and haul loads from the fields to the processing plants.  AAA Academy filled a void for us when Goodwill and Foodlink stopped training drivers.  We know and trust that the people who come out of that school with their CDL will be qualified to do our kind of work.  And, it’s great for the new CDL drivers, because they get their initial operating experience the need to start their career.
